Dear Sir / Madam,



This is to inform you that I have acquired the pre-paid mobile number 9403967523. However, on 24th April, my mobile balance was deceptively debited with Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty Only) for ‘Voicechat Tolled’ service from BZ-56300 without my consent. I immediately canceled it by sending ‘UNSUB’ to 155223.



Now, my mobile balance stands reduced by Rs.30/- for this service which I NEVER REQUESTED or USED. So, I request you to arrange a refund of Rs.30/- immediately. Henceforth, please do not send any such services to me.

Please acknowledge receipt and do the needful.
