Complaint Details
I bought vaccum cleaner on 11/03/18 and with in 3 weeks the machine is not starting. I registered the complaint on 6th April and after two escalation they took the machine for service and till now they have not returned the vacuum cleaner in working condition. When ever I call the customer care they are give me some excuse . The technician is waiting for approval from head office for more than a week to raise request for spare parts. The spare parts will be available after 2 to 3 weeks only. The company is not giving me a proper status and a delivery date.
