Complaint Details
The wifi connection at my place is not working since 27-04-18. I registered a complaint with Smartlink on 28-04-18, they called me and said they will send a technician. However they did not send anybody and just closed the complaint anyway. (They have a website where you can track the current status of your complaint) I raised a complaint again on 30-04-18, once again I received a call and was promised that a technician will be sent. No one came and when I checked their website in the evening, once again the complaint had been closed. I've tried calling their customer service number (022 61766767) multiple times but it never goes through. This is a pattern I have faced multiple times in the past year.
