Please refer to order Id OD212054807358134000. I ordered a Skys and Ray washing machine trolley from Flipkart. The product I received was damaged and of a different brand (AJOONI) than the one I ordered. The product didn't have MRP mentioned on it and there was no manufacturer address. Flipkart should blacklist such sellers and avoid harrasment to it's customers. After my first complaint, Flipkart replaced the item with another. This time too the product didn't have any MRP mentioned on it and no MANUFACTURER ADDRESS. The product came with 3 wheels out of 4. On my complaint Flipkart agreed to pickup the item and issue a refund. When I went with the product for returning it, the delivery people were instructed by Flipkart executive not to pickup the item and they asked me to file another complaint citing receipt of damaged product. The same issue was repeated again on 02 May, wherein I was communicated by Flipkart about the item pickup and on meeting the pickup service personnel, Ekart/Flipkart executive declined the pickup on phone This has led to cosiderable wastage of precious time and harrasment on my part.
