Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I want to bring this to your kind notice that I had applied home loan of 30 Lakh Rs from Axis Bank Ltd. My Loan has been dispersed a few days back by the Bank and it was showing EMI due in my Axis bank net banking account. Long short story is, today was finally the day for my Land's registry in Mohali and there was no call from Axis representative who has to be available to present the Demand Draft to the seller. I made around 50 calls starting from their phone bankers to my Relationship Manager to my sales representative but they had no information at all about the bank representative. My calling started at 9 am to axis bank loan sales manager and he assured me someone will call me by 11:00 am and it was finally at 12.30 pm that I got the DD from the bank loan sales manager. In between I got three calls from Tehsildar for my photograph and registry call which I could not make due to non presence of banker at that time.

It was around 3 and half hours of embarrassment and mental harassment. My seller (Major Col Retd), his broker, my broker and my legal lawyer all were pushing me, my wife, my mother for the demand draft between this tenure. My registry was about to cancel and my advance Biyana of 20 lakh was in jeopardise situation.
After calling banks customer care team they said they don't have any information about it and they can't do anything about it, bank is so careless about their customers.

I would like higher bank authority (Loans Dept) to compensate for waste of my time and the harassment and do a total RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of this entire epic and should apologise for the behaviour by the bank and submit a report why this has happened asap.

Looking forward for your positive reply on this case so that myself and others who may be facing/will face same situation may get justice.
