Complaint Details
CHICKEN in VEG classic burger. Domino's Pondicherry. This is regarding serving a CHICKEN to Jain/Vaishnav Customer whereas customer had placed order for VEG Classic Burger pizza. Incident took place at Pondicherry on 25th April, 2018. Instead of classic veg they served me chicken one. I ate one bite and as soon as I felt unusual I opened up whole pizza burger and checked out and what I found was shocking to me. It was chicken pieces inside. My complete religious holiness I gained gone into vein due to this kind of hurt of religious sentiments. They don't care about your religious sentiments. I couldn't able to eat while day due to Nausea and vomiting and my whole day of trip was in vein. These people should be punished in a way that they should get lesson. I asked for written apology but they have been rigid with their attitude by offering complimentary stuffs and etc. As soon as I informed the manager, he forcefully snatch away the box & threw it in dustbin. Video, voice recording etc are available for further legal procedure so I Kindly request​ the concerned authority to take necessary actions.
