I got call from YatraLInks (Abhishek Sharma) from 7210823221 this number on 6th Feb 2018. He told that at Rs. 14998/- I will get the 4 nitghs 5 days hotel booking for 2 super delux rooms includes all type of taxes including Breakfast and Dinner in 3 & 5 Start Properties.
1. I did payment He told that can make payment in EMI options. When I asked him then he cheated me saying in 3-4 working days EMI will be done. However it is never done.
2. They told booking form will be come in 5-7 working days, however it came after 1 and half months that also so many followups. After selling product, Abhishek Sharma never came in call.
3. He told that for buying Package will get either Lenovo Yoga 3 tab or VIVO V5s mobile. Till today I haven;t received the same and when I ask them, they say within 15 working days it will come. its now more than 3 months no result and staff (Neha & Priyanka) makes fool, it will come and all that. On 2nd of May I called and ask they told that now it will definitely come in May 25, 2018.
4. I also purchased their 2nd package for Rs. 12,479/-, in that package I should get the IBM laptop, that also till now I haven't received.
5. I tried to connect with them for booking 2 times, everytime they gives excuses hotel not available, vendor not responding and all. And I never got booking. Now on 2nd May 2018, I called and ask , they are saying now booking can be done after June only.
6. Now when I ask for refund of money, they are denying to pay. Now situation is that, neither they are paying me my money nor they are giving pending gifts and booking.
7. I have all call recordings of Abhishek Sharma that he had committed, if required. And all mails of communications

I would request to get refund of my all invested money i.e. 14998 + 12479. Rs. 27477/-.
