Complaint Details
In given platinum plan company should deliver.
BP machine
Sugar machine
Body massager
Digital thermometer
Health body checkup voucher and health insurance policy worth Rs 5lakhs for my all 5 family members.

Which is not deliver they have sent only reimbursement voucher booklet.
I have take multiple follow ups with executive he always ensure remaining all items will be deliver soon.
In between I hospitalize and take medical treatment in MAX Balaji, Patparganj New Delhi in which medical expenses amount was 24351/-.
When I submitted medical bills for reimbursement is is also not paid by them till now.
Now I want to log a complaint with help of CCRC (INDIA) for compunsation, plz help on my complaint.
