I was a happy customer of Nextra Teleservices Private Limited (Broadband services). But after some time as service degraded I had no option to go with another provider.
Later, when i asked Nextra support to disconnect connection and provide the deposited amount back (INR 1500).
It took team 3 month (Sep'17 to Jan'18) to take action on disconnection request. Eventually team collected the router
Now it’s been approx. 120 Days (since Jan'18) after those 3 month. Since router was collected by Nextra executive. And i am waiting for the deposit money (INR 1500) in my bank a/c.
Note: All correct bank detail had been provided at the time of router submission. Also online on their website.
Could you please take the necessary action against them? As this is happening with more than thousands of Nextra user.
