Complaint Details
I had placed one order for Redmi Note 5 mobile phone valued at Rs. 11,999/- and included an option to give away my old phone in exchange. The net amount of Rs. 10,249/- was paid by me via Debit Card at the time of placing the Mi Order # 5180411801522889 on 11th April, 2018. The exchange did not go through successfully and the new phone was taken back from my doorstep on 13th April, 2018. According to the seller's website, the item reached their warehouse on 25th April, 2018 and as per their representatives, the refund of money paid is initiated to payment source within 7 working days from the date of the item reaching their warehouse. I have mailed them officially multiple times, but in vain. No refund has been processed. They are unnecessarily holding my money back and cannot provide any solution to my problem.
