Complaint Details
I had booked flight tickets from their website which after 45min they told me they can not issue it. Then I gave them my bank details and it's been 3 days they aren't refunding my money nor are they letting me talk to a senior. I have to get my money back so I can book tickets again because I have to go and write an exam and this delay is causing the prices to rise and I will not be able to afford the prices then. Iwill have to miss my exam because of their carelessness and unprpfessionality. Please take action to get me compensation for the loss they have caused me. All they tell me is to wait and wait. I can't wait any longer as this is for my future and my exam.
