Complaint Details
I tried to transfer 3000 frequent flyer miles to my father's Jet Privilege a/c on the 29th of March 2018 (JP No.-128469084). I got the notification from my bank regarding the debit of Rs. 1416 from my account but the same does not seem to reflect in my Jet Privilege account as the miles remain the same and the activity tracker also shows nothing. I repeatedly asked Jet Airways to follow up on this and exchanged numerous mails. But they did not honour the transaction even after sending the account statement neither did they extend the validity of my miles. Now I have lost 2625 miles on which I had spent 2000-25000 rupees through flights to earn.
