Good day ,

This is YOGANANTH.P Residing in COIMBATORE ( TAMILNADU ) , Almost a year ago i installed a RF based Broad Band connection for my home From PHOENIX HITECH NETWORK COMMUNICATION (P) LTD COIMBATORE ,
During installation the company Promised that they will Re-imburse 50 % of the INSTALLATION & CAUTION DEPOSIT cost when the connection is withdrawn , Therefore self paid " 7000 INR " on 06.05.2017 and Taken a connection , with in a year self had to with draw the connection due to VERY POOR CONNECTIVITY , VERY POOR TECH SUPPORT and IRRESPONSIBLE FOLLOW-UP .
Self asked the company representative to take back the respective device and Re-imburse the 50 % CAUTION DEPOSIT , After several phone calls and messages they instructed me to remove the receiver device and keep so that they can collect later in the week and Re-imburse the fund , Its been almost a month since i requested for the Re-imbursement but the company shown NO RESPONSE Even after plenty reminders , This kind of IRRESPONSIBLE AND IRRITATING BEHAVIOUR caused me a tremendous mental stress .
In referring above incidents , I appeal the concerned individuals to take necessary action against PHOENIX HITECH NETWORK COMMUNICATION (P) LTD COIMBATORE and Please ENSURE THE CONCERNED RE-IMBURSEMENT IS PAID , Please note : It seems this company never registered with CENTRAL GOVERNMENT GST PORTAL , EVADED INCOME TAX & OTHER TAX FILING CONSIDERABLY , Thanks for the Understanding .
