I had been using Photon Max data card from Tata Teleservices Ltd., No.283&284, 6th and 13th floor, Prince Info City-II, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Kandhanchavadi, Chennai 600 096, Subsequently new Photon 3G internet data card was provided in February,2018 and was using since them.
I was using window 7. I got my computer upgraded to windows 10 in February,2018. Soon after that the data card Photon 3G was not working. On the assumption that my computer was at fault, I brought a new computer Dell for Rs.27,500 on 19.02.2018 Photon 3G Data card had not worked in the new computer also. Then only I came to know that Photon 3G Data card would not work in windows 10. Immediately on 21.02.2018 I sent mail to Tata Teleservices to terminate the internet services. I had also purchased a new Data card for Rs.1000 from Airtel since 25.02.2018 and using the said card in my old computer till to-day.
I had made the payment of Rs.502/- for the usage of Photon 3 G for the period from 5.02.2018 to 21.02.2018 out of total monthly charge of Rs.840 for 10 GB usage per month. Now for the last one month they have been asking for the balance payment of Rs.340/-.i.e. up to 4.03.2018. Sending sms very often, threatening legal action. When I had not at all used Photon 3G and have been using airtel 4G during the period 22.02.2018 to 4.03.2018 how I can pay.
I want compensation from Tata Teleservices for mental torture given by Tata Teleservices and failure to inform about non functioning of Photon 3G in windows 10 and there by made me to incur useless expenditure of Rs.27,500/- for new computer. I am enclosing e-mails sent to Tata Teleservices Ltd.
