I D. Jagdish, have applied for housing Loan for purchase of plot through your bank (PNBHFL). My account Log In ID: Hou/HYDL/0318/502450 for which I have paid an amount of Rs: 5900/- towards processing fee vide Cheque No. 620002888495 dated 16-03-2018 , to one of your executive P. Murali Krishna and the same was realized.
My application was processed, but I was informed by your executive P. Murali Krishna that due to some unforeseen conditions my application was rejected.
In view of the above reasons, inspite of persevering the issue regarding refund of processing fee with the executive and sending follow-up e-mails there is no response after a lapse of two months also.
