My self suman ghorai,my hand set model no. A107 still now my handset side key fpc damage, i goto near service center( M/s Ziz International Address:- 16, Princep Street,Kolkata,West Bengal
Contact number:- +91-9831567401)but as per service center person(Mr. Souvik - frontdesk executive) they don't have parts and for servicing I have to submit the phone for about 7-10 days with given estimated amount of Rs. 361/-. I request them if, possible then please provide me only parts, as I am ready to purchase the parts only, but can't submit the phone for so many days due to I want to purchase only my required part.
