We were charged twice by bajaj for an insurance we purchased along with a laptop. As soon as we noticed we bought it to the attention of bajaj in the second month. We were given a refund of one installments.however ever since then we have been following up and have made 3 visits to the outlet and multiple phone calls still have o ly been dragging this issue. Today the 13th May we are being told we still need to wait after which we decided we must forward this to the ombudsman. We would be expecting a compensation from bajaj for their irresponsible attitude towards our finance.
