Complaint Details
I have deposited 3 months payment to Nextra and the representative person Mr. Narendra Saini comes at my home and he collects the money. Mr. Gaurav Kasliwal (Sales Manager) assured me that my connection will be established in next 2 days. After 4 days ago there is no response. I have tried to contact him 10 times on his mobile number but he is not giving a response. this is so ridiculous. I can't believe that they only make the money. Nobody is taking.
