Complaint Details
I had bought 5 year Mini Travel Plan from Jukaso on 3 Dec 2017. But later we realised we don't want the plan and placed cancellation request on 6th Of Dec 2017.
As per the agreement refund has supposed to happen within 90 working days and I patiently waited for refund in that period. now it way over than 90 working day and not getting any response from Jukaso on repeated chasers. It has become frustrating now to send the chasers when they don't care about them.

would like this complaint to be addressed with required attention.
