Complaint Details
I had cancelled ticket on IRCTC Booking Portal on 1'st May 2018 and IRCTC refunded my amount back to Payment Gateway on 5'th May 2018 but the refunded money has not been credited to my account by PayUmoney till date so please look in to this matter and help me to get my money from the payment gateway.
