Dear Sir,
We had purchased two air conditioner of Kenstar brand from authorised dealer through amazon as per enclosed invoice.
Both the Ava were delivered to our above address and installed by Company technician.
Since last month one of the Ac is not working so we raised complaints with customer care.
They send there engineer and serviced both the Ac but in one of the Ac the condenser coil is faulty and needs replacement.
Now instead of replacing the condenser under waranty the company local representative is making excuses that the Piplej Narol area where the unit is installed we do not cover waranty.
No where at the time of sale it was told that warranty is not covered in Piplej Narol area at the time of purchase. The Ac was delivered and installed at the same address by Company technician.
Yet now at the time of repair the company wants to wash there hands and not give service.
The Ac was purchased hardly six months back and such faulty manufacturing defect is not acceptable.
Infact they have give quote of 9500 for repair which is like around 70% of the value paid for the whole unit at the time of
Purchase. Please help and get the unit repair or replaced under warranty. Thanking you in advance.
