Complaint Details
TNT refused to clear by package in spite of me providing all the documents on time. They then told me about the additional handling changes and telling me that my shipment is detained by customs. More importantly later refusing to clear the same and asking to contact my own agent. They had hidden handling charges and also they are addign add hoc charges as duty. Then they tell me now already penality is changed at 5000. I have all the proof. i want to lodge a complain.
