Complaint Details
On 15th May 2018, I ordered Apple Iphone 7 32GB Rose Gold (Order id - OD212325442393368000) for Rs 35499. I availed exchange offer and i added my xiaomi redmi 3s prime phone imei (OD507129469697373000) for exchange discount. I enter IMEI no. mentioned on the back side of the box. When your delivery agent came he examined the phone and pass the device for exchange but when he enter IMEI no they doesn't match. Reason for IMEI no mismatch is my redmi 3s prime's motherboard have been replaced at Xiaomi service center which i didn't know. So i request you to change the imei i entered while placing the order with the new one.
I am attaching my flipkart invoice of Redmi 3S Prime (with old IMEI) and service center service record copy in which they have mentioned the old and new imei no.
