Complaint Details
This is reference to my Micro max Air conditioner Invoice Number. FAA3P61800059613/ Invoice dated 21st September 2017 which I bought it from Micromax online, please be informed that now almost 7 months as of today no one contacted for the free service. However; last month I have contacted micromax by telephone after a week they have arranged for the service agent but the team who came they were bargaining and asking me Rs. 2500/- (Vellore/ Tamilnadu) I was surprised because there is a 1 year warranty why they are asking for money and there is no any physical damage. Thereafter no one is responding by mail nor phone please do needful.
