On 21.04.2018 I telephoned to Customer Care of Tatasky DTH Services and narrated about unclear picture of my television. They instantly advised to follow some steps through remote for corrective measures and I obeyed the steps but the problem didn't go away.Then they sent a technician to verify the problem and replaced the set top box with an old one and changed the connecting chord (TV to Set top box)but the problem still persisted. The technician suggested to contact with TV technician as it might be tv problem.He was not sure with it.I called the TV technician and after verification with all possible measures including test with external devices and found that there was no problem with TV and suggested to re contact with DTH operators to remove the problem. Meantime I mailed them on 01.05.18,03.05.18 &17.05.18 and finally yesterday madam Vidya from Tata sky Nodal Desk called me and told that it does not relate to DTH problem and on ,y insistence to change the chord from Dish to set top bos and LMB (as same are working since inception in2014 )she advised that those might be changed on payment of its price but no guarantee of clear picture would be given by the company. I tried to convince her that it is the reponsibility of the company to provide clear and uninterrupted picture to the customer but all in vain and she ultimately threatened me that they are not liable to do anything in this matter and I have to bear this difficulties if I want to stay with them.Otherwise I may awitch over to other DTH provider at my will. Now I commited a great mistake in choosing DTH provider like you where the people of service provider behaves so rudely and remains reluctant with its customer instead of behaving friendly and removing the problem arising out of the service at the earliest.
