Complaint Details
This complaint is with reference Flat no-45C, Express View Apartment, Super MIG, Sector-93, NOIDA. There is lots of Seepage problem from flat in walls and on roofs due to seepage above our flat no-45D, Express View Apartment, Super MIG, Sector-93, NOIDA. It is creating problem in our bathroom's roof and kitchen roof. My bathroom is stinking and its roof's paint and pop is getting out. Same is for the kitchen walls.
After position of the flat, repairs and whitewash had been done. I had spent approx Rs.25000/- on that. We did repair in our bathroom and its roof. I also changed the pipes of bathroom of flat no-45D by spending Rs.15000/-. Again I am facing seepage problem at bathroom’s roofs and Kitchen’s wall. The duct GI pipes of flat no-45 D, Express View Apartment, Super MIG, Sector-93, NOIDA are worn and deteriorated due to which the seepage is there. I have intimated the same to owners so many times and also lodged complaints (date:01-05-2017) on the Noida Authority portal (screenshot attached). but till date no action has been taken neither by NOIDA Authority nor by Owner of Flat.
You are requested to please look into the problem and resolve the water seepage issue.
