Complaint Details
I took the service of the Agarwal Packers and Movers for the shifting of my household items including a bike on 25 01 2018. On 30/01/2018 Mr Vijay Pathak called me and told that my bike has been stolen from their office in Patna for which they need to lodge an FIR at their Police Station and convinced me that my loss would be compensated.Now they are not responding to my mails or calls either.
