Complaint Details
I have availed CANADA PR services from Opulentus with the agreement that I will pay 50% of the amount at the start of the services and balance amount during VISA process. It was told to me that this may take time period of 8 months but in my case it took more than 2 years and still under process. Now they are asking me the balance amount to continue the services which is very bad. It is a wrong commitment given to me, inspite of delayed service now they are telling me to make the payment. I am ready to make the payment as agreed earlier but they are telling that my profile will be deactivated if I dont make the payment. I am attaching proof of the mail shared by Opulentus team. I am facing many challenges to get services from them and this seems to be the worst experience . They will not communicate anything at the beginning of the services and am not at all happy. Even after escalating they have sent me mail to contact to escalation desk. I tried calling them 4 times but none of them answered my call nor I received call back.
