I booked the hotel through make my trip, and double booking was happens and I cancelled one booking, after the cancellation when I ask for refund of one booking, they were denied for refund, and it is clearly mentioned in invoice that non refundable against cancellation only when the booking is cancelled after the check in time.
But here im cancelled the booking day before check in.
Please help me to get refund worth is 15000.rs
