This is regarding my complaint 18052205532 I did an AMC for my AC paying Rs 5310 from Sept 2017 to Sept 2018.
It was told to me that fully comprehensive AMC is around Rs 3800 but since your coil not in good condition better to have it
the coil included and it will cost you Rs 5310. I did the same. The amount was paid through the cheque and document was provided to me.
When one day my AC was not working I called the technician, he told me that your AC is not in AMC.
I contacted the management service and after the discussion, it was found the service center which did this AMC was shut down and their data got corrupted.
So, they don't get these details uploaded. However, since my cheque was already cleared in the name Hitachi, they issued the AMC.
But now the strange part comes. My coil is not working and now they say, it is not covered in your AMC.
Although they told me that fully comprehensive AMC is of Rs 3895. The Hitachi guy told me that this should be included but the
franchise staff says it will not be included. Now they are making excuses that the branch who did this is AMC is closed now.
Is it my fault? They even don't respond to my complaints.

No one is listening to my problem.
