There is no transparency in listing of the cases for hearing in Honorable High Court, Hyderabad. My case 20775/2017 is not coming to listing and hearing since October 2017. Reason is not known. It is Stay Order case. As per recent Honorable Supreme Court verdict Stay order should not be pending more than 6 months. I approached Registrar General through Letter and RTI application but I did not receive any reply till now. My lawyer is also informing me that he is helpless unless the case comes in listing. I humbly request Honorable Chief Justice to introduce transparency in listing of the cases.
