i booked a ticket in shyamoli paribahan bus - durgapur to kolkata on may 20, time - 3.20 pm. i had booked seat number 40 for a 2 2 seater bus that waz listed on redbus website. however, they gave a 2 1 seater bus and asked me to sit on the last corner window seat, which i refused as i didnt book that. the bus officials refused to take any responsibility for the online seat and didnt give my desired seat no resolution and bo refynd. they asked to get in touch with redbus and left the bus.. i was stranded in the durgapur bus stand with no resolution. The bus operator is "Shyamoli paribahan pvt. ltd." Booking was made for travelling on May 20. Seat number was 40 - for a 2 2 Volvo A/C seater. Ticket number - TM6H49943080 - PNR number - 63TK6AUP - spoke to redbus, they simply repaid the money which was not the concern at all. i want service for the payment. the operator was left scot free. I should be compensated for the harassment and trauma.
