We purchased a LG Refrigerator on Aug 2017 from LG Show room f, Vellore , from the day 3 it had a problem of not cooling , so we called Services & Show room told the same , they told to defrost and leave it for 6 hours and use again , we did ,then the problem was not solved , so again we called , none of them turned back . on continuous call to customer service and show room a person was sent and he changed the thermostat , after changing also it was not working , and he told it was a fault piece we received , we are still making several calls & Escalations , none has turned up or worked out . My parents are 65+ struggling with the product , Making there Life Miserable instead of Life Good Product . As I am not near to them to follow up and for other services , I was also unable to get the LG customer service person for explain and finally got the customer care and asked for escalation number , which was always busy or switched off , also he never makes a turn back call. Either Refrigerator need to changed or we need to get the refund from LG company (Bill Attached )
