Complaint Details
We had booked a room in Hotel Whispering Bamboo through Make my trip from 9th-10th June. I received a message from make my trip informing that the booking was confirmed. When u reached the hotel at 2:30pm for check in the hotel owner and his wife dint even let me and my aunt enter. They asked if the booking was through MMT and said they are not taking any booking from them. Even I showed them the message from MMT they dint care. The owner and the wife kept yelling that MMT had robbed them of 20k. They told us to call MMT and force them to give them their money back and only then they would give us the room. My aunt and I wanted to use the restroom after such a long journey. I told them to at least direct me to the restroom so but they just laughed at us saying k first confirm your booking. It was a horrible experience. Their issue with MMT was none of our concern but still they made us suffer. The worst part was that they dint even let us use the washroom. How pathetic do you have to be to do that. Not just to a lady but an elder woman too. I am attaching a screenshot of the mail and message sent by Make my trip confirming my booking at the hotel.
