Complaint Details
Sir/Mam,
I have placed order on 17/04/2018 for purchase of natural cane sofa and deposited Rs.15000 as advance amount in the above mentioned company bank account (IMPS) with the condition that balance amount will be paid at the time of delivery,and the company has assured to deliver the product within 3-4 weeks.
Later the company adopted delaying tactics and not responded to phone calls,whats app msgs and to emails and has not delivered the product till now.
The company is providing false and deceiving information deliberately and now the company has gone further by providing defrauding consignment details which I attached with this mail.
Initially it was agreed by the company to delivery the product on COD and later demanded the balance amount before the delivery which I have deposited Rs.16880 in company bank account (IMPS)on7/06/2016 for which they have not acknowledged the receipt of the balance amount and now they claim that amount has not been deposited in their account.
My frequent request to refund the amount has not been responded but providing false hope now and then that the product is processed and shipping details will be provided.
I humbly request to the forum to get refund of my amount with compensation for the undue delay ,false hope and defrauding information which has resulted inconvenience and hardship to me.
