I had booked a ticket as per attachment for my daughter to appear in her IGNOU exams but the date was extended by one week so I had to cancel iton 21.5.18.I even mailed to the Dy.C.E.O. Amit Agarwal on9.6.18,who called me and promised refund positively within 24 hours,but still refund amount not credited to my pension account through which initial payment was made.It appears that jetairways has become Bankrupt.If amount not refunded in next 24 hours,I will have no choice but raise the matter with Tourism Minister Govt Of India & Hon.PrimeMinister,I will also take Mr.Naresh Aggarwal Chairman of Jet Airways to Court for causing mental torture to a Senior Citizen.
