Complaint Details
I have got the Den Networks Set top box installed at my house in the month of May, 2018 (approx. 15th May, 2018) by paying Rs. 2,150. The service provider has not provided the bill for the installation even after several followups.

Further, from the day one of installation, the set top box is not working properly (disturbance). Me, my wife, my son, my father are running behind the local service provider from the day for getting the same rectified and he is not ready to check and correct it. On 9th June, 2018 I called the call center of Den and registered a complaint. Den Provided two complaint registration no's. one is 312906 for set top box not working and there is no response from operator, the second one is 312907 for Gemini TV not working. However, the problem was not solved.

On 11th June, 2018 I registered once more and the complaint number is 313018. Till now I am not able to receive any update in this regards.

Further, I have requested the Den Network team to take back the set top box and refund the amount for which they are not obliging.

My request to this form is please help me in getting refund of my money which I have spent for the set top box along with Rs. 25,000 as compensation for the time and energy spent in speaking to the service provider.
