Sir,
I Biswanath Barui having an account no 66565100228 , membership no 66561400150 which opening date 31.07 .2014 and maturity date was 31.07.2017 , scheme code 930113, scheme name SAHARA S. ANOKHA and authorized centre BISHNUPUR F.C. -1484 .
This scheme was matured on 31.07.2017 and deposited in time for getting my matured value. But after passed 11 months my maturity amount which was commits you does not receive till to date .
It is very unfortunate to say in several time repeated pursuation no positive report regarding payment was receive from your end.
Therefore you are requested to taking necessary action towards making payment my maturity amount as earlier as possible.
