Purchase Magna Model fro Eureka Forbes Ltd. which is under warranty. Since installation three times back portion hanging kit has been broken. Now the Filter to be replaced and the company is asking for Rs.4000/- for replacement of Filter , whereas the set is under warrnty. I have made several request to change the set with new one. But no action is initiated by company till date.
