Dear Sir / Madam,
I have got a Den Set top box installed at my house in Subanna Garden, Vijayanagar, Bagalore – 560040 by paying Rs. 2, 150.00 (Rupees two thousand and fifty only) during the month of May, 2018. As soon as the set box was installed, the set top box was showing some error which the service provider fixed on the spot. We requested for a bill for installation for which he said he will provide the same shortly.
Within next two days, the set top box started giving some trouble. The same was brought to the notice of the local service provider. After several follow-ups to the residence of the service provider and numerous call, the person came and fixed the problem. At this time Gemeni TV was not working. As per him, Gemini TV had a problem which would be fixed shortly.
Within one day, the problem reappeared. We started running to the service provider’s place for which we did not get any response. We then took out the Den Network call center number from website and registered the complaint with them. The complaint numbers are 312906 and 312907. After this the service provider fixed the problem, however, Gemeni TV continued not to work.
The set top box started working post the complaint to call center, but still had intermittent problems. On 17th June, 2018, again the set top box stopped working and again registered a complaint and the complaint number is 313512. Till 18th June, 2018, there is no revert from the service provider.
My request through this forum is, please help in returning the set top box and getting the refund of the component along with Rs. 25,000 as compensation for the trauma and the pain undergone.
