Dear sir/mandan,
I purchased mi y1 3 gb 32gb on may 28 2018 on mi site. I was feeled that it was heating to much and after 9 to 10 days i saw that my MI Y1 was band on back side and then i called to customer care he told me go to customer service centre but when i vist service centre he told me we are not responsible for it . Mobile price is 8999 we are middle class people what can i do now i am totally blank.it was not my any mistake this mobile is automatically band day by day.this MI Y1 IS UNDER WARRANTY OF 1 YEAR.Then waht is the use or warranty when they not repaire or replacement Who is responsible for that defect ? I purchased mi 3s ,4A,miA1,y1 and that decect was offered in y1 first time how can i believe in mi in future . i am so angry i want my money back or replacement of that product
