I am regretted to say about Panasonic Dealer & Service Provider is Pathetic in Bharuch (Gujarat)

Scenario:-

I have purchased of Panasonic Refrigerator Mode NR-BG311VSS3 AND ITS SR NO 185PAJAZHU00434 From Sun Shine on DT 30TH MAY 2018 Through Bajaj Finance after received refrigerator face cooling problem in it so we complain to SUN SHINE FROM WHERE I PURCHASED REFRIGERATOR AND RECEIVED COMPLAIN NO R020618231607 . 4 time service center send its representative at my home but no result. AT LAST WHEN REFRIGERATOR START LEAKAGE OF WATER FROM ITS BACK SIDE i found the Product is Refurnished Refrigerator Please find snap in attachment. 10.000 rs lost many refund my lost many plz help sir
