I had booked a cab from MMT on 21June18 for a pick scheduled at 1:30PM. Not receiving the driver & car details for long, I called customer care & then received the same via SMS. When the pick up time was nearing, started calling the driver who did not pick up my call & was continuously busy. In the mean time my wife called on his no, then he dropped the call 2times. In the meantime, I called MMT customer care again & they told that unable to fetch details, give us sometime & we will get back. Nobody came back with a call.again I called customer care, where I was told that car ac broke down, I said no problems The was conveyed after keeping me on hold that the car & ac have broken down. Let's check if something is possible or I should cancel the booking. Then having talked to the senior at MMt after making me on hold for 16minutes,it was being told that take compensation of 1000INr which I did not accept coz my priority was to get the service. Then keeping me on hold again it was conveyed that wait for 1:30hrs more n then can arrange for the other car & when it was not acceptable they told we will compensate you 20%of amount. With my wife waiting outside airport in hot summers was quite tough & also worried about my meeting scheduled at my hometown, I called the customercare again & told that cancel my booking as I could not trust MMt now, I will take service from other service provider & MMT will have to bear the cost & will have to compensate for the trouble & time I had faced & wasted at airport with my wife.
I even wrote mails to them which still are not even replied back to.
I want MMT which makes tall claims to kindly compensate me for this all.
