Complaint Details
Tax Fraudulent issue by PayTM for Flight Booking ID : 5271796667. Below is the summary: 1. PayTM charged charged GST without providing any GST details and also without asking my company GST details on the final bill copy. (Final bill copy attached) 2. Airline company can't provide any GST details as PayTM didn't take any GST details from me at the time of booking. (Booking pages of website & PayTM app attached). 3. Their provided ticket can't be claimed in my company as it has no GST inputs in it. So, it means that the passenger employee won't get the claimed amount from the company. 4. Even at this moment, their booking pages nowhere shows the GST input options for the passenger. That means, now they are still carelessly cheating others in India. 5. On the very booking date, with an hour I made 2 calls to their helpline with my grievances (I have the call recordings). Also, 2 times I expressed my grievances with the pathetic behaviours. I also mentioned that I may go to the consumer forum if they don't provide a solution to my issue but until this 4th day, I have not received any comforting solution apart from mere 41 INR as cashback to shut my mouth!! Praying for help to the consumer forum now!!!!!
