I booked bus, hotel tickets for the trip from make my trip, I was waiting for the bus at specific station for 2 hrs, called them multiple times, after 2 hrs we got to know
bus cancelled, I lost money for hotel and return bus, because I trust MMT and I am frequent traveler in MMT flight.
I am very much upset, I lost 1497 in hotel plus 500 in return bust, and cab cost coming and returning to bus station and plus harassment, also lost one day leave. So in total
my lost is Rs.2400 and my one day leave.
Also I can see from the next day itself they are showing that bus service. It is very bad. So my problem is MMT is doing business, they should have some rules and regulations.
I am requesting MMT to refund my lost. Sir Can you please help here. Without my any fault I am loosing money here, also got lots of harassment.
