I am getting partial service with my connection. The mobile number is 8459529936.Poor internet connectivity with average call quality. Apporached the brand many times and they don't have any direct answer for it. Also there is no specific resolution date. All they have done is given me some one time waiver and some petty rental discount. I believe that I would not pay 100% off the bill amount for faulty services . Therefore I want to pay for the Service I am getting without changing my plans and I am looking for a permanent resolution.
