Respected sir,

In reference to my Bank account no-98410100004921 i.e. in my name Mamta Gautam D/o RAM KUREEL, This is the case of 28.08.2012 when I deposited a cheque no-733996 of Rs. 36445/- my bank account, but the amount was transferred to another account by the bank employees and after a several meeting and complain but Non of the staff and bank managers have solved my problem only just to save the employees and from last 7 year. I almost visited 50-100 times to bank but the amount still not refunded till dated. several times bank managers said they are looking after the case but they always try to hide their fraud and misguiding me all the times and also requested not to complain anywhere as they will solve the problem after month, audit, after holiday etc.
Due to which I had faced financial cries.
I am enclosing all document i.e deposit slip, bank book, request letters. Hope necessary action will be taken my case and by Amount will be refunded to me with interest and proper action to be taken on the officers found guilty in this case.
