Complaint Details
We had engaged this company to assist in the sale of our business. They insisted on Rs 50,000 plus tax as their non refundable fee, promising to complete the service within 90 days.Due to their internal issues, no effort was made at all towards servicing this requirement. Despite vigorous follow up, they were unable to fulfill their commitment and the terms. When we approached them for a refund of Rs 50,000 as they had failed to work on the assignment, they refused, claiming it is non refundable. We agree, it is non refundable, subject to their providing the requisite service. Failure to serve and failure to return our money amounts to fraud. We made the payment of Rs 50,000 pus tax. vide chq# 1629, drawn on HDFC Bank, BTM Layout, Bangalore. Cheque was deposited on 3rd Jan and debited to our account on 5th Jan 2018 . Kindly assist us in recovery of the amount fraudulently withheld by Business Ex Solutions.
