Reliance Big TV launched a scheme through large advertisements for which the booking amount was Rs. 499/-, large number of peoples like me booked this scheme and paid the amount. The connection was installed within 30 to 45 days but after passing more than 90 days no connection has been installed.
My booking ID are 17510702 and 14539053. I have made so many calls on their call centre no 18002009001 for my refund as they fails to fulfil their promise but of no use. I wrought for refund of my money to customercare@reliancedigitaltv.com, myservices@relianceada.com and also to installation@rbtv.in using email ID banasuresh@gmail.com but in vain they even not responded to.
The Reliance Big TV cheated public at large and grab hundreds of crore as booking amount from gullible peoples without providing a single connection and even not refunded their hard earned money, where do we go.
