This is with great disappointment that I write of the agony that I along with my wife who's 6 months pregnant had to go through.

We were left stranded at the London airport for almost 3 hours because our transport to the hotel never arrived. On contacting the local cab operator, we were told no booking had been made by MMT.

Similarly no booking was made for our transfer to the airport also upon contacting the cab operator!! We emailed make my trip and got automatic replies, however no reply was sent addressing the issue at hand.

We also sent messages via WhatsApp to 9599781665 as suggested in the email, no replies despite the concerned at the other end being online. The emergency helpline numbers weren't working with us being unable to choose options.
We contacted the agent Ms. Sanchita who reportedly brought the matter to the attention of the ground staff. We were told that transport would be arranged shortly and also of being contacted by Ms. Vaishali, for whom we waited to contact us. We waited for over 2 hours after this was conveyed to us, for some form of communication regarding what we should do. I cannot describe the sheer distress and apprehension that my wife and I had to go through.

We were not contacted by Ms. Vaishali despite her having communicated to the booking agent Ms. Sanchita that she had done so. Ms. Vaishali got in touch with us only by around 12 30 PM.

Even now, we are told that of our refunds one is under "review" and one is delayed when we had unforeseen expenses amounting to a 110 pounds.
